The following changelog was just posted in the Loona Facebook group:
Today KEYi Technologies provided a link to a Google Calc sheet on Facebook that includes tracking numbers for the ear repair kits sorted by serial number.
It is by now quite obvious that Loona has an ear problem. Lots of backers that opted for christmas delivery reported droopy ears that could not be resolved by restarting the robot. But they made out the problem quite fast.
There just was an announcement in the official Loona Facebook group: the chinese KEYi Tech division is struggling with Covid and that will delay development.

Today Kickstarter announced that the campaign for Loona the pet robot was taken down by a copyright claim.
KEYi Tech released a new Loona FAQ on Facebook. It reads as follows (I have emphazised the answers so they can be better differentiated from the questions):

It was during my vacation that the crowdfunding campaign for the robotic pet Loona was launched on Kickstarter by KEYi Technologies on september 15th
